The toy cars that are replicas of the characters from the movie "Cars" are so cheaply made that within hours of being opened and played with, they each already had at least one bent axle. I realize that they aren't meant to withstand the harshest treatment, but for $4, they ought to make it through the first day of use without being broken.

I just wanted Hershey's chocolate dunkers but we knew we had to spend more than $10 to get it delivered -- so my girlfriend decided to get some Wingstreet wings, a large stuffed-crust pizza and a 2-liter Pepsi -- we ended up spending nearly $40! Which is ridiculous given its just two of us.. but we went all out!
Before the food arrived I receive a call from a woman at pizza hut who informed...

I have never been to a Toys R Us and went today and will never go back. After weeks of waiting for my day off to shop, and looking at my flyer's and saving my money I planned my whole day around shopping at Babies R Us and Toys R Us. I drove 87 miles to Babies R Us. Had a good shopping experience other then needed a little help and could not find anyone, they were helpful after I found someone, I...

Flyers of the American skys BEWARE. United Airlines is wholly unconcerned with making you happy. I have spent this entire year bouncing all over the country and have not had a single problem. My luggage took the same routes that I took, and arrived with me at the final destination with no issues. As I stated, NO PROBLEMS at all.
Until my grandfather died two days before I was supposed to fly...

I would like to share my experience with your corporate office about my stay 11/13/08- 11/17/2008 at your Crowne Plaza Hotel in Atlanta Georgia in the Airport location.
Upon my arrival I was very exhausted due to an early flight from Dallas and landing delays due to weather. I was not sure what to expect because my past experiences with Airport hotels had not been good. The first person...

Dear Target Executive,
As you know, our stock is at a 5 year low and Wal Mart is doing much better. I realized what is causing our stock to implode: Target customer service!
The upper level executives that changed the return policy because of the minority of unethical people are driving business to Wal Mart. I, my wife, and my kids are those customers that have vowed to never shop at...
by Joey A. of Oak Park, Michigan written to Verizon Wireless (Cell Phones) Posted Tue November 18, 2008 12:00 pm 10 replies, Last Updated: Thu November 20, 2008 11:24 pm
A Verizon dealer purchased a Palm Centro from Verizon Wireless. For whatever reason after either he or a customer did not enjoy the phone it was returned, and he offered to sell it to me. I called customer support prior to my personal purchase, and asked if this type of phone's warranty follows the person that uses / purchases the phone or does it follow the phone itself. I was told the warranty...

I carry a Target Visa card that I use exclusively for my purchases at Target. I pay off my balance in full each month and I use this card for the benefits Target provides, including the "Take Charge of Education" program and their 10% off rewards coupons.
I received a Target 10% off rewards coupon in October and decided it would be a great way to save money on my Christmas shopping. I went...

Last night I drove up to the prescription pickup line and saw a car parked in front of the pickup window with lights off and car turned off. I waited for a few minutes, thinking the Rx might be closed, but someone came to the window and the driver handed over a prescription. This was only an eye-roller; the driver looked young and may not have realized that you drop off in the next lane. Then I...

I called Capital One regarding my statement last month I believe it was and I called I think a couple of days before the due date.
I called because I noticed the statement showed an annual fee charge and wanted to know why when I had not been charged that in the past. I pulled all of my statements and did not see one. When I called I explained to the representative what my issue was and he...
Well, we asked for feedback and you are sending -- nay, catapulting -- it our way! While most of you are delighted if not relieved we finally got the...
